Soup is one of my favorite things to eat when it’s cold outside. It’s filling, it warms me up, and it can be a healthy choice, too!  Here are some of my favorite soup recipes that are easy to make and the entire family loves:

Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Chicken noodle soup is a classic comfort food that’s also great for when you’re sick.  This only takes 45 minutes to make.  To make it extra filling, add some more of your favorite vegetables and crumble some crackers into the broth!

Incredible Vegetable Soup

For the true lover of veggies!  This is also a great way to ensure the kids get their serving for the day.

Healthy Delicious Turkey Chili

My absolute FAVORITE!  Using ground turkey in chili is a more healthful option than using ground beef.  For an even healthier recipe, use chopped turkey breast instead of ground turkey.

White Velvet Soup

It’s richer than it looks, but the vegetables and fat-free chicken broth still make this a healthy choice for you.

Taco Soup

I love tacos, and this healthier alternative allows me to still enjoy that great taste!  A single serving only contains 1 gram of fat and 7 grams of protein!  Who says healthy can’t taste great?
