DIY Halloween Costumes for the Ladies

I’m all about dressing up for Halloween. All. About. It.

Problem is… once I have the boys’ costumes figured out, by the time it gets to me… it’s the last thing I feel like thinking about. I put all my energy into making the boys look good, that when it comes to me – I need something easy that I can just “toss” on.

For me? DIY (do-it-yourself) is the way to go. I love being able to have items on-hand, in my house and in my closet that I can use for a costume, rather than actually going out and buying one.

It’s easy to do, I promise… !

And the best part is for busy moms, there is no sewing, no gluing and no fastening needed! :)

So what are some of my go-to favorite DIY costumes choices?

And if you don’t have some of these items around your house, improvise! It’s all about being creative and enjoying the spirit of Halloween!

Personally… this is going to be my DIY Halloween Costume this year…
Rachel Zoe! :)

Giddy up!

Like-totally-fabulous!

Feeling slimy?…

*Dangle the streamers around the umbrella!

Like MILK? Use the sharpie to write, “Got Milk?” on the shirt…

*Add a Milk Mustache!

Business Attire…

Hole-in-one…
